Why Why Why!?!?!?!

So people informed me that the music I picked out for Nickles during the show is cheesy. : (

I know they don't realize how hard I worked on it and how difficult this really was but it's still disheartening. Made me a little sad and a smidge angry. Ugh. So now I'm stressing about it hardcore. Not to mention the music wasn't played in the right place last night either. . . which didn't make it any better. I think maybe we should just cut the Satan music. UGH! I worked so hard on it though!! *tear*

AND I've found a much better song that I think people will like much better but I can't find it anywhere to download it and I'm not paying $10 for one song. Again I say UGH! :(

OK now I've done my bitching and I've cried my tear. Time to suck it up and get over with it. Now to see what Jeanne says about cutting the Satan music.

At least the JB/Sarah music was good. :)

I think any music would have been cheesy, especially in the setting we were in. If we were still in a circus, it would make more sense to have incidental music. It just seemed a little awkward and forced and (I think) it's weird having incidental music in theatre (movies=yes, theatre=strange). I think it made it sound way too much like what John tried to do with the melodrama (music everywhere and it took away from the acting). Also, it makes my job easier without the music, I only have to call 18 cues during those ridiculous changes instead of 21. :D

So I just figured out how to read comments left on my blog lol! I agree with you. It was much better sans music.
